The Liquifine synthetic series is designed for filtration of water, water based fluids, and a wide range of chemicals.  These filter cartridges stand up to continuous use in water based fluids without the softening and/or deterioration common with many resin impregnated paper cartridges.  These elements are made with an advanced synthetic polyester media, which allows high flow rates with low pressure drops as well as excellent temperature resistance. Liquifine elements are available in removal ratings from 5 to 40 microns.  Liquifine elements are available in micron ranges of 1/2 to 40.  Sizes are available to replace many existing paper cartridges.

The Liquifine Resin Impregnated Series

The Liquifine Filter Resin Impregnated Series element is designed for efficient removal of particulates from liquids or gases when nominal filtration is required. Liquifine Filter Resin Impregnated Series elements are constructed of the finest quality materials.  Media is phenolic resin impregnated paper, heat cured for strength and durability.  Plated steel components, thermosetting PVC adhesives, and Buna N gaskets are standard on our Liquifine Filter Resin Impregnated Series elements.  Center cores are spiral formed, electroplated steel to prevent cartridge collapse at high differential pressures.  External outer bodies are perforated, tin plated steel.  This Series offers quality and performance at an economical price.

Liquifine High Performance Water Absorptive Cartridges

Our Liquifine High Performance Water Absorptive Cartridges are designed for removal of water and particulates from petroleum products.  Liquifine water absorbing elements protect equipment in systems where the presence of water is harmful or undesirable.  These cartridges alert the operator to the need for cartridge change through  a rapid rise in differential pressure as the cartridge becomes saturated with water.

    These elements are ideal for use in lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and fuel systems.  They can also be used in portable fluid conditioning equipment and filters.  Elements are available in sizes to replace existing filter cartridges

Liquifine Pleated Media Separator Cartridges

Liquifine pleated media separator cartridges are designed for high flow and low pressure drop.  Metal end caps are tin plated steel.  Center cores are perforated, spiral formed, plated steel designed to withstand differential pressures up to 75 psid.  Gaskets are Buna N, with other materials available on request.  Our pleated media is a silicone treated, resin impregnated cellulose designed to repel any small coalesced water drops which do not settle by gravity and might try to pass through the separator.

Our pleated media separators are available in a variety of sizes and multiple lengths to replace other manufacturers' separators.

Liquifine Teflon® Coated Screen Separators

Liquifine Teflon® coated screen separators are available in a variety of different sizes and configurations to replace other manufacturers' products, or to replace media separators for extended use.

The separator media used in Liquifine Teflon® separators is 200 mesh stainless steel, coated completely on both sides with Teflon.  Like silicone treated paper, Teflon® is preferentially wet by the hydrocarbon fluid and is hydrophobic, i.e. it repeals water.  The advantage of this type separator is that it can often be washed and reused.  Usually, these separators should be cleaned at the same time coalescers are replaced.  This can result in savings in replacement cost.

Liquifine Filter coalescer cartridges

Liquifine Filter coalescer cartridges are offered in a variety of cartridge configurations to replace current industry cartridges.   They are available in open ends with flat gaskets, open ends with o-ring seals, and thread base construction.  Cartridges are available in a number of different diameters and lengths.  All Liquifine Filter coalescers are single piece construction, resulting in increased strength and reducing the chance of bypass.  We use a combination of one or more layers of pleated media and various layers of fiberglass.  The pleated media removes the bulk of solids.  Coalescing performance is determined by the type and number of layers of fiberglass.

Liquifine High Performance Air Filter Cartridges

Liquifine High Performance Air Filter Cartridges are used in a variety of applications for removal of particulates from air.  Cartridges are available for air intake systems on engines, compressors, blowers and turbines.  Replacement cartridges for dust collectors are also included in this series.
