Water Removal The 'TOPS' System removes free, emulsified and dissolved water through a combination of
high flow coalescing filter/separator and a slip stream vacuum dehydrator. Based upon an influent of 5000 PPM
concentration of water the "TOPS" System will reduce free and
emulsified water content to less than 25 PPM and total water content including dissolved water to less than 25
PPM based on a maximum of 200 SSU turbine oil.

Description |

The 'TOPS' Turbine Oil Purification System combines the principles of rapid water removal used on our
Turbine Oil Reclaimer "TORE" Units and the polishing characteristics of our “VAC-DRI“ vacuum
dehydrator to obtain maximum turbine oil system cleanliness. 50 gallons per minute high flow rate filtration
and coalescence are employed for rapid reservoir turnover, while combining our 25 gallons per minute “VAC-DRI“
vacuum dehydrator to eliminate dissolved water, and provide degasification. Custom designed flow rates, dimensions
, & features are our specialty.

performance pressure coalescence and separation. Based on an influent of 5000 PPM concentration of water,
the system will reduce free and emulsified water content to less than 25 PPM, and total water content to
less than 150 PPM based on a maximum of 200 ssu.

The T.O.R.E. system will achieve a particulate cleanliness rating of ISO 16/13 or better per NFPA. The system
utilizes high performance beta rated microglass synthetic media for superior dirt holding capacity, and
efficiency. Pre-filtration begins with 6 micron absolute and polishing filtration down to 2.8 micron absolute.
